Unscrew the collection tube to expose the wand and collect a small sample of your stool. Insert the wand back into the tube, then unscrew the smaller cap and add three drops of solution to the cassette. Results are available in four to seven minutes.
One line at the "C" region indicates a negative result, while a line at the "C" region and a line at the "T" region indicates a positive result.
